Lucy Dodd (1981) is an American painter and installation artist who lives and works in Kingston, New York. Dodd synthesizes pigments from various organic and inorganic matter. Her work frequently invokes art historical and mythological symbolism. Throughout her work, Dodd uses both “traditional pigments and those opportunity presents her,” such as SCOBYs (a mix of bacteria and yeast), onion skins, avocado pits, tulips, and yew berries.

Dodd is well known for a monumental painting the exact size of Picasso's Guernica, entitled Guernika, based on three years of research on the history and mythology of Guernica and Picasso.
