Jorge Pardo (b. 1963) is a Cuban American artist and sculptor. Pardo employs a broad palette of vibrant colors, eclectic patterns, and natural and industrial materials to produce murals, home furnishings, collages, and large-scale fabrications. He blurs the line between art and architectural design. His house on Sea View Lane outside of Los Angeles was imagined as both a private space and a sculpture; the circular structure has served as a home but also as a gallery for installations over the years.
